We purchased this refrigerator from Godrej and found cooling issue with a week time. Then they changed with same model but no use after one month same issue came and they are saying customer don't know how to use the refrigerator. We used our old refrigerator LG brand 15 years without having any issue. We send detailed email to Godrej but there is no reply from customer care and we called they through customer care number, but there is no proper response. Very worst service. Never faced such kind of service from other brand items.
I believe Godrej only need to focus or they expert in Locks. So just do that business.
