The product was delivered from Amazon on 5th June 2024.(WTEON 650 AP 5.0 GPGR)
After few wash, drum start hitting side wall of the machine that makes unbearable noise while spin process.
Spin for few seconds and stop the process and takes water again. This goes on in loop and we end up empty our tank.
Wash is taking 2 hours and keep going.
Plastic, plastic. afraid of opening the liquid wash tray
adjustable level is available in only one leg.
Raised complaint on their Godrej smart care. They are very smart and gave few suggestions.
- Buy stand which cost Rs. 1800 from us to make sure washing machine is in proper balance. This balance issue will rectify all the above problems.
I bought adjustable knobs for all four legs and made sure that the machine is levelled properly. You know what!. I still experience all these issues.
I bought this because of the name Godrej. Beware Chinese products are far better than this.
