We have raised service request on Nov 1st. After so many follow ups the technician visited our home on Nov 5th. He said need some part replacement and he has requested for it. He ensured it will be done in 2 to working days. But after 3 working days he didn’t pick the calls. Called service support number multiple time and escalated the issue. Got an update on Nov 9 that they have received the part and it will be replaced next days. From Nov 10 again he did not pick our calls. We thought it’s festival season and we didn’t disturb him for next 3 days. We when we checked again on Nov 14th from different mobile number he was telling the part was returned back with unknown reason. There after he didn’t pickup any of our calls.
We again escalated to service support. We spoke to Escalation team 4 days in a rows asking for the current status and resolution for our issue. They simply say will get back to you and they never did anything beyond that. Today it’s Nov 18 and we haven’t get any help from Bosch. Buying a costly machine and not getting proper service is pathetic. We stopped calling them now we just put that crappie machine aside and we are using outside laundry service.
It’s horrible. I don’t recommend Bosch to any one any more. Don’t fall for the positive image they have. You can get a better machine for lesser price in other brands. You will get way better service in other reputable brands. I lost 35000 by this Bosch machine. Painful.
