I bought one inverter split AC in 2019 and this year there was no proper cooling.When I contacted the customer care then one technician was sent to my address.That technician pretended to fill the refrigerant in my AC and probably didnot fill the gas properly.He took 3700 from me and cooling beacame OK.After 15 days the problem is same and now when I called the customer care then I was told that your complaint was not attended by any authorised mechanic.Your complaint was closed as duplicate complaint.
This is how carrier company operates.It assigns the repaire work to any outsourced service provider, who sends a mechanic to the address.The mechanic doesnot repaire properly and takes money then mechanic doesnot mentionthat he has attended the complaint and get the complaint closed as duplicate complaint.
This way the customer is cheated and carrier doesnot support its customer.
It is a worst company and people should not buy carrier product.
