I've had a 40" TV for the last 4 years with no problems, so I have a 32" Vu TV. But the screen on this model is having a problem after 4 months.scratches appear all over the screen! Since it's under warranty, he's been trying to contact Vu's customer service for 4 days and still hasn't heard back. If you purchased from Amazon, the call center simply provides a WhatsApp number to send the invoice and complain.Complaint sent to WA or email sent or service raised on website No confirmation of the request form.It looks like Amazon has a problem!
Very unprofessional. Very pathetic customer service from Vu.
