Dont buy Product and service below average
Let me address that your company's service is below average and highly unprofessional.
We have sent an electric geyser for service within the warranty period and have been coordinating with Mr Dinesh Mahajan for a while. The product is neither getting repaired nor it is getting replaced. Mr Mahajan, being an area sales manager, told me on 2nd of August that my case will be resolved on or before 5ht of August(Please find proof attached).
Today when I called him he said the parts are still not available and we are trying to replace the product and will send the product from Pune tomorrow.
Everytime I try to connect with some of the Racold executives, all we get is a new date. We have brought Racold considering the brand and such B grade service is not at all expected. My father is using this product and has been facing multiple issues for more than 10 months and have visited more then 15 times for service issue after(50 times reminders). Please check the record of how many times your executive has come to repair the product.
This product should have been replaced a long time ago. But every time some executive comes and tries to temporarily resolve the issue.
We are highly disappointed and will make sure this kind of substandard service is revealed on all public forums.
