The representative from Godrej & Boyce visited my house while my elderly parents at home. The representative put them into pressure saying "you have to book this refrigerator in next 1 hr to avail this offer".
In pressure, they took the product and paid the whole money . 3-mar-2021
Later, he has delivered a product without committed accessories (vegetable tray).
Still it’s not delivered (picture added).
The refrigerator has faulty coming system, till now it doesn’t cool as it supposed to. Always watery sealings, can’t get ice easily, food gets spoilt, can’t keep ice cream, even at "Max" setting.
Top of that, they pressurized my elderly parents to take AMC, and never turned up, unless you chase them 5 times, atleast.
It’s a unethical business, where they target elderly people staying alone, and persuade them with fake promises.
