First complaint on 4th sep when tv got installed after calling them for 5 times bluetooth issues after 2 days Technician came and told it will happen because Android Tv me Bluetooth ka problem aayega he please connect your tv with wire then only it will work properly finally did not got the solution and connected it with wire and left it clarity of voice is worst even after connecting with wire got bored and left the issue .
2nd complaint after 10 days tv screen issues screen went black out noise is coming but no video u can see the video I have uploaded in my complaint the same guy Kunkar Yadav came did a factory reset and went and tv got started .
3rd complaint on 29 September again after working for exactly 5 days tv screen gone only audio is audible no video my wife had removed the video how to reset the tv and my friends were going to come as it was my birthday on 30 sep so did the reset of the tv by myself on 29 sep night so when my friends come home I can enjoy YouTube videos with them .
4th complaint 1 of the executive from vu Amazon support gave a guarantee that she will solve the problem any how but after 2 3 days of talking to her even she denied to help saying it's not in my hands any more please contact vu support sending the 5 screenshot of WhatsApp chat with her please go through all this if you don't want waste your money .
