It was my first time buying an AC and a lot of people suggested I go for Daikin as the cooling is amazing and the products are reliable. However, right from installation we faced a lot of problems. The AC tripped and turned off continuously on the first day and the servicer said it might be due to interrupting power cuts. However, this continued for a week. There was clearly a problem with the PCB of the machine but the service agent refused to accept it. It took several calls to book a slot for checking the AC.
As soon as they are paid, they forget about your AC. Very poor service. They just keep delaying everything. I have paid a huge amount and did not expect to have so many problems right from day one.
