Their after-sales service is a complete disaster — filled with false promises, ignored calls, delayed responses, and absolute disrespect towards customers.
The assigned service personnel were arrogant, rude, and blatantly refused to do their job.
Daikin clearly shows no value for its customers once the payment is made.
If this is how Daikin treats its customers, they should be ready for negative publicity across every platform.
Strongly urge everyone to think twice before buying anything from Daikin.
