After 1 year it start giving problem.i raised a complaintbut technician identified multiple part to be replaced so he took it with him.now i am waiting from last 2 weeks to use gyser but call canter and service center does not replace or arrange parts so why these products are launched in market.In winter now complete family is facing it a big problem. 2 weeks over and dont know how many more weeks to go to get it working. Salute to all service center incharge. Dont give old or used parts to customers facing such problems like me.
Repair Parts are not available .non technical staff.3 weeks over but no resolution from customer care as well as service center.
