This Feb-2023 we have purchased Bosch washing machine front load.
Product is not even one year old. Front door rubber gasket is broken. Really surprised. we did not had this issue when we used Samsung.
When we called service center, they stated rubber items will not be covered under warranty. That was surprised to me. so I requested them to place order and I will pay the cost. I raised service request on 23rd Nov. Today I 28th Nov. Still the part is not delivered. When I called customer service, they stated it will take 15 WORKING DAYS for part procurement. This really pissed off me. Till then I need to wash cloths. Samsung service was very good when we compare to Bosch. Product durability is also good in Samsung. Guys, think twice before you buy Bosch products.
