Hey Friends we spend almost 40-50K, and they give worst quality product. At the point of buying we think every extra 500 or 1000 we can save against other brands or even models, or to buy online or at shops and finally we get the bad quality product.
I am an engineer by profession and yes I agree that the quality of Audio is not at all appreciable however looking at price I had convinced myself to accept this product though my family members never were convinced.
Even then only within 2.5years now one sudden day, I happen to know that the screen / display of my TV have gone out of order and to repair it its a cost of pretty 14-15K which is almost 50% of the total TV cost now.
I have told their customer care that if the TV faces problem I will put my TV under the car tyres and damage it and then send it on social media.
My request to all such victims of the VU support to contact me and lets make a video together showing the inadequacies of ther product and the less care they take about their customers.
