I have installed 2 solar water heaters since 2009. I was happy with the product until I requested for a service. Its over 2 months and inspite of 3 service requests logged(once over phone and 2 online 1-31592222777 & 1-3307777044) the service staff cancel the SRs without contacting the customer! I am lost for words to shame the irresponsible staff(one Mr.Ashok in this case) and make them responsible for the lack of sensitivity. I wish I can bring the responsible staff to task and make them pay for the lack and irresponsible behaviour.
