Ordered 6 Split 1.5 Ton 3 star AC from Daikin within 15 days. No support from Daikin Helpline...Installation Technicians are demanding extra money for minor customizations...not willing to remove old copper tubes and pushing to continue with Old pipes while I was giving New copper tube pipes for Complete fresh installation...they will ask you to buy new Stand for Outdoor unit No matter if you have already Old stand.
Product Quality Not good. Very Thin Coil in Outdoor as compared to Old models.
Worst Brand we have ever seen....Worst Experience with Daikin being a new Customer.
Suggestion : Better Go with other brand...Gas issues etc. would come with all brands.
Authorized Vendors for Installation/Repair are very rude and unsupportive. They don't care about your follow up calls or timely visit.
