One of the must read books. It catches your imagination, very well written! The initial pages where swat valley is described, you feel like it is some paradise. and later part of taliban swat is terrifying. overall you get to see pak from a teenager's point of view.
The story of Malala is one of selfless determination to pursue a noble humanitarian objective, the emancipation of women, particularly in her own community, through the power of a modern scientific education.
I have often said that I could never relate to great historical personalities because I never encountered them in person.
Malala's address delivered at the United Nations and her interview with Christiane Amanpour allowed me to feel and connect with her sincerity and selfless and noble zeal. It is rare that an individual can evoke mixed response of tears and laughter from her listeners and viewers.
May Malala go from strength to strength. I am smitten as I am sure you will be too
