Its a great machine, however customer service is a major problem with siemens. If you have a transferable job, think hard before buying it as Siemens does not offer service to its consumers through out India. This - is its major disadvantage!

They come after 2 days.. Charge you rs 600 as service charge and tell you that your drum assembly is broken. Solution: Buy a new machine !!! Cost of repairs - rs 25000 !! The guy said that the machine would have been vibrating before the drum broke.T

Its not even 3 complete years that I have bought this Siemens WM-12E160IN and the entire drum assembly, bearings and water pump needs replacement. The estimated cost of repair is Rs.25, 000 which is really high. Am very disappointed by the After Sale
