Hi this is varun 55yrs age old man I’ve taken membership from RMV Just books branch 2yrs back. I got call from just books u have over dew for 3 months like.After I went and ask in branch They were saying my account got expired. They have shown me records that they sent remainder mail. Strange thing is they have to sent remainder mails to wrong address. even every month I paying by cash for renewal 250 box,by the time they never given any receipt for last 2 yrs. when ever we ask bill they till printer is not working same world I herd and trust every month paying amount.by the time they do issue and do manually .When they updated my profile they entered wrong information. Now, they were literally asking me to pay the amount so I close my account. Their responses are very rude. Pathetic service of the manger and staff . The person supposed to manage the place/books does not seem to know much.And the manger and staff when ever I ask any book they are getting and they have volumes 5,6,7th & 8th book collection and they don't have 1st vol to 4th vol book collection.Now last 1 yrs just books not providing new books collocation in branch.i visit to see Whitefield & indiranagar branch there also no new books.So I suggest to all please ask for without fail bill in rmv branch they making money from customer side they can't give 50 paise print out of bill? Later they cheating customer.Please aware of rmv just books and just books proses are very bad. RMV staff while becoming member give lot of build later there response is very rude.
