Hi Girls, today I am going to speak to you about Gaming and Gadgets which has been dominating by only Boys.....I always get angry when they show Women as model as gimmick for games and gadget, I have never seen any ads showing a girl as a gamer or using gadget . I guess still they think only Boys enjoy games...Well, They are Wrong....
I know in India there are very less gamer like me who loves playing PC games and love using gadget like mobile. Give me a mobile, I will tell what features are there. I love checking every new feature in mobile.
But in the West and other country like China and Japan, there are girl gamer too, I have a friend Irene from Canada, she is 58 year young and she is a hard core gamer, she loves playing games and she also take care of her husband and her field...I love talking to her in Game lingo eg: one day she said that "She is been trapped inside a place, cannot find a way out"...That is game talk....
One things is sure, when a girl plays, she is responsible to other needs too, like suddenly you mom calls, you have leave your prince hanging around and go and attend your mom's needs. But when boy plays then how long you call for them they will never respond you....You know I got a msg from one of my Orkut friend "Glad to know that even girls like to play Prince OF Persia......."
In the gaming world too there are very less female protagonist games like Lara Croft, Beyond Good & Evil and Nancy Drew. I hope there will be more Female oriented games in future....
Girls are more intelligent, responsible and love playing games...Why can't girls can be Gamer too? Why should Boys have all the Fun!!!
