Three encounters with one of my ex-classmates:
I bought a new computer after a long wait. She came home to see it. And as I turned on the system, she immediately said, "Waste. It's pretty slow.
I said I'm gonna join for M.Tech, and she responded, "Now every fool does that".
My teeth were misaligned and I wore braces for sometime to correct it. After a year, when the braces were taken off, she visited me, and her first response was, "12k just went in vain, you don't have any change."
Yes may be my brand new system was slow, may be MTech has become common is what she meant, may be there was no great change in me after braces. But when somebody invests on something, you cannot invalidate the whole purpose with statements like this.
This is something I have never done. And this, I believe nobody should ever do. Stay positive, spread positivity!:)
