Today I have lost faith on WHP saraf, I had book one pure silver ganesh idol of 500grm on 30.08.2015.i have clearly mentioned my budget is around 20 to 22k for the same. they showed me the 319grm ganesh idol and told me it will cost you around 17 to 18 k. I questioned them if I go 500grm then what would be the cost? after so many calculations they have told me it will cost you 21 to 22 k not beyond that. m happy to hear that, did the booking and paid the booking amount. WHP is brand name n we trust them like genuine customer.
after reaching home I saw deposit receipt and did my calculation. there they have mentioned Making charges 1grm=Rs.20 so for 500 grm=Rs 10,000/-+ silver rate Rs.19500+ vat etc etc
total 30k to 32 k that means 10 to 12k I have to pay them more..
next day was monday the dadar store was close so I called to their Girgaon branch and ask the same and clarify the same and they conveyed me that my calculations are correct I have to pay 10 to 12 k more as a making charges. I listened every thing and cancel my order on the spot.
today I talk to the person who had deal wid me n ask about same. he hesitated and asked me to purchased 319grm idol that will fit in my budget or take my money back. I keep the phone down saying " today I have lost faith on WHP n you have lost genuine customer"
the thing is why they hv not explain making charges amount while booking?
means at the time of delivery if they denied the their saying then I have to pay appxt. 12k more for what being fooled. plz deal carefully wid them. not expecting these kind of selling practice from WHP.
