Analysing the job market today in our country, I remember the suffering of my friend who is still unemployed and searching for an honest job....She is from a family having six members, two sisters , two brothers and her parents. Her father retired from service and a pensioner, earning his monthly pension and maintaining the family expenses out of it, as there is no other earning member in the family.
My friend was an intellegent student and very sincere towards her work as I remember. Once she was offered a job in a company in Delhi with a handsome salary, she could not carry on as, besides her official work she had to please her boss in the evening ....... the common terrm sexual harassment which is very common now a days . She is honest and she cannot do such a work.
The other day I saw her with a file folder in her hand walking in th streets of Delhi may be searching a job ......I followed her to call her ...... she turned and waited ........I was surprised to see her as her looks totally changed out of the environmental pressure in these past years.
At home she could not bear the squabbles that takes place because of financial crisis......on the other hand she cannot select a job where there is dishonesty ... what to do ......? where to go .......?
Some months back a guy came to propose her......... but he did not want to marry her because she did not have a job...........? Who is responsible for all such situations ?
She is mentally upset and her talents are getting misutilised...........This is not a single exgample there are lots of such situations. Come.....lets think of some strategy.
