Finally after a bad experience with TATA INICAOM vdata card I have decided to disconnect due to irratic service and faulty billing system.
All the channels for disconnect route were as difficult as the delayed installation procedure. In that case my address verification was negatived without any body bothering to visit my home or calling me by phone.
It took three months to enjoy the VDATA card which I decided after watching KAJOL's Advertisement on TV. And It will be taking five more months for disconnection.
From last two months:
I am trying to inform them to disconnect by telephone which is again kept intentionally engaged by the attendendent and sometimes an Honest Helpless Private security guard picks up, after working hours, for no help.
Sent my representative to NFC, Delhi Frenchise with written application which is the prinout of EMAIL sent to customercare,delhi@tatatel.co.in. Here again they dont have any responsible Manager to control workers to entertain customer problems. Man available I am sure gave his wrong name and refused to accept saying they dont have any anuthority to take written requests. Only Email Requests for Cancellations are entertained, as per this man on duty for TATA INDICOM, New Friends Colony, Delhi.
After this I started sending EMAIL requests on different Tatatelecom options because it was confirmed that tatatele email add in bill is wrong.or not actioned.
Yesterday I received a confirmation call about my Email and again I am forcebly convinced to keep this for hold for three months and I will not be charged anything for this period it than will be autimatically disconnected.
I am waiting for her cofirmation mail.
Now I am convinced with one of the MSians Mr Rajasagar wrote some thing similar on these lines.
