one of the oldest internet service provider in vasai.
I have been using their service since a long time but is it really sad to say. that they are just the worst. ever service provider.
we do not have good options here, and that is why I have been staying with them and tolerating such a bad service since so many years.
I received a call from the cust support or billing dept. asking when can they send a Representative for payments, or if I can pay it online. it was so funny. the service is been down since morning and their tech support isnt reachable. How can one they send someone for payments. how can they even think about asking for payments when the service is down?
tier support is a nightmare. they just cannot fix a shiity issue. "restart your router" is the only solution they have. if it does not work. call us back. you call them back. and they are never reachable.
when will they ever have their systems in place.
