After spending a high paced life and resorting to a settled marriage, life has taken a turn for so many individuals whence they have to reduce going out and save. This is hell. And the TV channels that I abhor for other than the news, don’t help that much. Add to it, in between, we have to see the unending advertisements with absolute repetition and boredom. Of course there are a few advertisements that bring the thrill, but with movies also turning flops, only resort I found were the Books or non fiction. I don’t read fiction. While I lament at the inglorious TV, let me take this opportunity to just in some form inform that so much of the news which when seen in channels that cause headaches are easily understandable but could be avoided. For instance, when you have Harbhajan and the Tendulkar duo compared on the News channel to the best Bollywood dosts from Sholay with Yeh Dosti playing to emphasise, you can’t take it anymore. Camaraderie, bonding and Dosti are in some sense cricket. But lets hear it now they are Bollywood. My idea is when we can see so many useless ads why cant these channels encourage spaces to inform the basics of complicated things so that the viewers are ready to absorb when discussed.
