The waiting mating game!

I don’t know how some people live with affairs and numerous liaisons. It’s the most irritating feature of growing up. Philosophically, there is no greater love than for the higher self, so it doesn’t make any sense to keep giving in to lower, carnal pleasures.

The whole process of chasing, waiting, making moves and maneuvers is one hell of a waste of time. I happen to be a serious and scholarly person, so when someone acts fresh with me, I get really irritated, and they do it more, and literally get on to my nerves. But seriously, where is the time to date, love, chat and discover someone, when you have deadlines to follow, another degree to complete and thousands of people waiting for your next opinion!

The most irritating feature of this waiting, mating game is the fact that you discover that you have nothing in common with the person chasing you, the possibility that he could be an MCP, a pervert, or stuck in some 18th century time warp or worse, even 18 till he dies!

I really marvel at all those who feel that love and wanting and needing are really important issues in a person’s life. They aren’t. It’s as simple as that. For all you know, the person might just like you for himself and the fact that you are making his life easier. Or he could be lying in and out, and is possibly unaware of his attraction towards you. Any which way you look at it, this time pass business is only for losers and all those who have nothing purposeful going on in their lives.

Agreed, emotions, relations are important. But they can’t be more important than your vocation, your job, your study, research or your own life! In one word, my advice to all those love stuck suckers is, go get a life and don’t ruin mine!
