A Pundit along with few others was crossing a river from one bank to the other in a boat.A conversation broke and the Pundit initiated the conversation. The Pundit in the course of the conversation queried the boatman as to whether he had any education. The boatman answered in the negative. He asked him whether he had heard any lectures on scriptures. The boatman replied that he hadn't heard. Many other questions were put to him and the boatman's reply was in the negative. After sometime the boat got into a swirl. The Pundit was aghast. The boatman queried to the Pundit,' Punditji you know so many things. Do you know swimming?Now it is time for us to swim and save ourselves". Punditji was outsmarted.
