I purchased and Medical Policy for My Parents from TATA AIG, The marketing person told me that IF Hospitalized more than 24Hours You are authorized to claim the expenses. And with all other facilities in general. I agreed and confirm them about the same for more than 10 Times, they told Trust TATA, the brand has itself built in Trust. So I agreed, And purchased, 2 Policy for my Mom n DAD, but when I received the Policy Documents It's say, Only in case of Hospitalization due to accident, claims can be made, No illeness, Sickness is covered in the policy.
I have canceled both mine policy On the spot as soon as I received the Document after 12Days,
Just to Alerts others not to buy any Policy from TATA-AIG without reading the hard copy Prospects and Terms n Conditions, as marketing people sitting other side are just mean to fool innocent Citizen.
