Saturday night july 5th was host to yet another episode of a talent hunt starkids2008 at the rajasthani sang . The event was organised by a event management group called The trio which is managed by Mrs,Shanthi suresh . This is there third such event in as many years locating and projecting raw talent in kids in the age group of 7 to 10. The event was judged by a host of Tamil small screen celebritites coordinated by Raj kamal his wife Latha rao . Aishwarya , Archana and Kamlesh. The event bought 240 raw school kids to the forefront which eventually was filtered to 24 talents for the judges to choose the best. Twelve kids in the singing catergory and twelve in the dancing category .The singing catergory was a serious let down and was judged by archana and kamlesh who eventually also perfomed on stage a song from Ghajni and agni natchtram. Aishwrya oj jodi no1 danced for number with the dancing school kids . The dancing talent bought the best out of kids and it was a real extravagenza for 4 odd hours seeing the kids dance to the latest hot numbers and then kids from the dancing schools dance and getting cheered . The event was co sponsored by polimer channel , black thunder , annamalais toyota , suvai icecream and icici prudential insurance .
It was an eventful evening and the whole programme was concieved and compered by rajkamal .. kudos to Mrs. Shanthi Suresh and her team for putting up a good show and in the process focusing on hidden talent in and around coimbatore
