I have booked 2 flats in Satwis clarinet 1 in bangalore in november 2012 on 4th floor. After 2 months I have recieved agreement & demand letter for my 1 flat only, on being asked I was given false assurance that file entries of my 2nd flat has not been done. Further approaching the senior authorities I was told that my flat has already been sold to some other person in march 2012 and was sold to us mistakenly. On asking the solution I was told that we dont have any flat on 4th floor, we have to take on 5 th floor or else have to withdraw our whole amount without any appreciation.
