SAMSUNG HAS THE WORST AFTER SALES SERVICE - BE IT ANY PRODUCT.


I am writing this blog to let you know the pathetic and inept service at Samsung. 4 weeks ago I registered a complaint vide their toll free number. There was no response and I again had to call the customer care to state that there was no technician who attended.


3 weeks ago they sent a technician who ws to diagnose the problem and replace any part on chargeable basis. He diagnosed the mother board in the printer to be damaged and told me to have that replaced. I gave my consent to fix the same and he has not shown up until now. I did call their customer care again to tell them that their service was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The answer I got was that " Customer did not respond and hence the case closed". iSNT THIS RIDICULOUS?


I have put their printer now into a shredder machine. Has anyone encountered a similar issues?
