I'm one of the unfortunate ones to buy a flat from this builder. He is worst of the crooks. PLease check the apartments all around this builders site, all of them came atleast 2 years later than this guy started and all are done after another 3 years.
He has now stopped developing and instead developing with Chartered builders - Read Chartered Madhura and Chartered Beverly hills. Now think about the reputation of Chartered themselves... Should be an equal crook.
Sai Madhura started the construction of Sai Madhura Elegance and Sai Madhura Swarnima , way back in Jan 2005. He is still yet to complete each of them in any sense of the word.
There is no permanent electricity in each of the apartments and few of the restless souls have already moved into the apartments at commercial electricity. By the time one who has every moved in to those apartments will have moved in to a 3 year old construction.
The construction quality is sub par and it starts with the slanting main door. The building has the shabbiest corridors which I'm told will be spruced up when the builder hands over the flats... read never.
The promoter's name is Chandrashekar. He runs a petrol Bunk name
Sree Sai Keerthi IOC pump on Sarakki Main road and also runs italian coffee shop (I'm told in MG road ). All got from swiping the hapless buyers.
All the more surprising is the fact that all the fellow customer's like me are just silent praying that Chandrashekar will honour his commit ment one day.
Little do they know that he has swindled them and is busy constructing his own house in 24th Main...
Be extremely beware of Sai Madhura builder in Sarakki Main Road. I would nt even buy a pen from this rascal chandrashekar.. let alone his flat...
