I had made a payment of rupees 32.000 and later cancelled my tucket.later the reps had told me that they would deduct a sum of 3000.this was told to me by the reps and updated on my system.later I waited for a long time and after few days I called again on helpne where I had to wait again for 20 mins.the rep said now ur amount duducted is 8000.i said how.he told me it was a human error.how can the multi national companiy employees make such kinda mistake.they should actaully have the rep responsible for making a mistake like that.if any of u wanna make a cancellation please take care.u will get ur refund after ages and ages.i have really wasted my time my money with them
