Helena Rubinstein was a Poland origin American cosmetics specialist and industrialist and at the same time was founder of Helena Rubinstein Inc in USA.
I have worked three year for a French company engaged in serving soap, detergent, cosmetic industries. And, now I am working with perfumers and going through the ordeal of maintaining you people to smell good that too as per EU standard. So, have some knowledge in this field.
