I remember pretty clearly, the year I turned 18, someone had called up my folks with a marriage proposal for me. Ofcourse, my parents laughed about it and told them I was too young and studying. All forgotten !! But that was my 1st wedding proposal ever !! hehe...
I graduated, turned 21, which probabaly was the deadline for me given by my folks in their own minds. I told them in clear words that I need to study further and earn. Marriage was nowhere to be seen. Well again, my parents agreed on studying further but not on working. I was happy thinking we'll see when it happens. And they were happy coz they thought they can still secretly start the "official" search for me, meanwhile I can do what I want, given that it's only done under their noses.
By the age of 23-24, the "secret" official search turned "very much visible" And that's when I started getting the spontaneous jitters of being dropped down on an unknown planet where you had to kill people to get oxygen n water to survive... okee guess u get the idea of how bad it gets... ;)
I am turning 27 now. Happily single but surely looking for the right guy I will click with and would love to spend the rest of my life joyfully n peacefully n all the "good n best"fully.
So the question is havent I clicked with anyone yet? Well that's not the right question to ask. The right question to ask is... how come the almost 7 yr old search hasnt materialised yet? Well... the answer is very simple. God has been really kind with me and has been with me in thick n thin. ;)
Most of the times the horoscopes do not match[which is pretty essential for mom-dad cz sm1 told them I migt be frauded].

Another one says, my son went to study in the UK came bck to his dad's biz n nw he wants to go bck to UK to study further bt b4 that we want to get him married... "Free house-keeping services anyone?"
Then comes some offers n show-offs... offers are like this...
oh the fam is filthy rich they dont shop in the village they reside in, they go to Mumbai or even Dubai... ;) lol hee hee
A guy born n brought up n graduated in a village in Punjab bt shifted to Australia couple of yrs bck... had a 2 hrs chat with me and all he was trying to do was show-off... I asked him abt what his job is like... he wudnt tell me and say I hv Australian Citizenship... lol then I was getting bugged by his horrible english n told him I cant understand what u r sayin... to which he replied ohh... that's cz am chatting from my APPLE IPHONE... dude does iphone spoil ur language? :P and then he wanted to tell me he owns sm model of Nissan, the car... bt this is exactly hw he said... "mai apni dhanno rani ke saath date pe jaa raha hoo" n when I asked again what his job is all abt he started blurting things like am really proud of myself, I am really proud of what I do, I am this I am that. and the most disgusting thing was... out of all the ppl in the world he was trying to flirt with ME on the 1st chat... I swear to God... I wud hv given him a really hard time if he had met me in person !!
