Honest Feedback – Avoid NB Packers and Movers

I had a very disappointing experience with NB Packers and Movers while shifting from Bangalore to Chennai. They assigned unprofessional packers who didn’t listen to our instructions and even charged extra on the spot. After delivery, we found that one of our expensive items was damaged. When I contacted NB, they simply said to claim insurance. I submitted the claim form and all required documents to IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance, but they kept asking for more paperwork, and there was no coordination between NB and the insurance company.Even after submitting everything, nothing moved forward — it feels like they just want customers to give up. This entire process wasted a lot of time and effort.In short, don’t go with NB(NoBroker) — it’s just an app, not a professional moving company. Save your valuable time and peace of mind.
