nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
No Broker is good for finding rentals and property searches.
But never engage them for any property related documentation like Khata Transfer and other such government related actions.
They screw up the entire process and you will land paying double to correct the mistakes they have done and then anyways get it done by someone else.
They dragged by Khata Transfer process for 1year and finally were unsuccessful.
They I had to approach a local agent who said they had totally screwed my application and now it was all mixed up in BBMP regarding my property.
I had very stressful experiance.
The agent from No broker who co-ordinated was changed 3 times, but the last person was actually sweet and did regular follow up.
But No broker out sources this to someone else and they totally screwed up my applciation.
NEVER USE THEM for government document related stuff
