Having an excellent experience with NoBroker. They have verified owners and a well-structured process. I opted for the Tenant MoneyBack plan of 7K on 1st March. By 15th March, I had already shortlisted a premium property, and NoBroker said that an additional premium booking charge. I made the payment and booked the property. I received a confirmation email immediately, stating that in case the owner backs out, I would get a refund. Then I tried to get in touch with the owner/RM of the same property, to claim my refund. I got a response from their servicing team within a day. And they processed a full refund.
They also offered to help me search for new properties if I didn't want the refund. So yes, 'MoneyBack' is a saviour, its a genuine promise. I truly appreciate NoBrokers transparency and support.
