Poor Service After AMC

  1. We signed and paid for AMC of Water Filter or Purifier, Aquagaurd of Eureka Forbes in 2017. We received a message in March that the unit will be serviced in April 2018. But so far none contacted us nor came for service. Eureka Forbes cannot claim to have sent someone at none was available at home, because one of us is home all the time, due to our pet!




  2. When checked in their website, there is NO place to record a complaint, except calling or sending an email.




  3. When I sent an email to complain, the lady replies saying "We are HAPPY to arrange servicing your unit.", but never a word about missing the promised service or delays or an apology.






Is this Indians deserve after parting money in advance for a full year service?
