Mouthshut .com is a site for promotion of products. For promotion of products apart from Yes or No of public public poll write -ups about a product are created and then comments of public are taken.who agree or disagree with the views of the writer..Some foreign web sites were getting attention of good writers offering them nominal payments in dollars or pounds. But the writes could not get the same as the payments were requiring Income tax number like our PAN number. .As the Indians here could not get Income Tax Number from USA or UK nothing was received by the writers.
I think Mouthshut.com is a creation born out of the above condition. Probably it was Mr. Farooqi (I maybe wrong in using this name.. But if it was not him then somebody like him) who had a brain wave and created this website.. He designed it in such way that he could get the best out of Indian Intellectuals without any payment. For this purpose the rankings like STAR, ROD, FP/FB were thought of. This created competition among members, who in fact wanted to develop their writing skills .All writers have different level of thinking as well as writing power. For good writing command of language is must.including grammer and usage of proper word to really convey the quality of products. Apart from these two requirements one should know the product either by using the product or by observing others
using the product. The good and bad qualities of the product, its usefulness for the user, its economics, its life, its original cost and its maintenance costs.
To give actual rating or any thing both the writer and the commentator must be conversant with the product, place and article.Since at MS there is a cluster of individuals from all types of professional,age groups, educational levels the Reviews about products, places and services were created.This created
a good market for MS in the shape of Manufacturers Trades, Suppliers of almost all types of products. .
The membership was free and any body could get in..As some members were getting good backing from other members The MS Administration did not like the unity among members they allowed fake ids who could create trouble and rift among members. When some influential member raised objection to some mal-practice( like Angel Babe , a foreign diplomat , raised voice against porno writing) then it was duly checked. In other situations conditions were created when some members simply left MS.
So if MS does not check these fake ids or trouble creators the writers should stop writing Reviews. and restrict themselves to Blogs, SMS, Mobile Messages.or take up reviews of rotten products.The members should not fight with each other. There should be no mud-slinging, no personal attacks, no slandering.Maintain peace and decorum by ignoring trouble creators. Write about social evils, Help others in solving other:s problems.
