This Men's/Boy's PG is located in Sushant Lok E Block & is operated by a marathi cheapster who has no sense of cleanness or maintenance. The kitchen stinks with rotten food & rats; the food is cooked there in very unhygienic conditions which makes you sick. There is a water purifier that hardly works & the water is stale & hard; not drinkable. The PG never has a stable staff; the operate called Subash has rented it from the owner; some Yadav and runs it. Never pays the cook or cleaner on time, the guy who cleans toilets also cooks food and you can imagine the height of nonsense when there are no harpics or phenols for weeks together & the rooms are never cleaned. The guy Subash makes you big promises of providing best services; but none are honored. He charges rent haplessly to whatever people can pay starts from 8500 & to some pple he has given the rooms even at 5500. In addition, never gives any receipts for rent paid & takes rent in cash. I wonder if he has ever paid income tax at all. All I can say is avoid this PG at all costs cos this is not a place you will want to live in. E Block Sushant Lok - 1, Gurgaon.
