It's pity for house owners, we have to construct house with heavy loans from banks, and repay while we face problems the tenents of house do not pay the rent in time, do not vacate the house when owner demands etc.,
This brings in lot of trouble for house owners, and he has to settle with lower rent (which is fixed 4-5 years back), and sometimes delayed rents.
My feedback is not to construct any 'house for rent'. It's mirage.
