A desi company remains so against the LGs and Samsungs of this world. I beleived an indigenous company and I am suffering for that. Bought an AC last week, looks like the compressor auto cut is not working, complained with the customer care 4 days back, on every reminder they say someone would call me in next 24 hrs. Everytime I take risk with a typical desi company I get this in return, deja-vu! Last time when I insisted upon knowing the deadline on service, the CC executive itself went dead for long till I disconnected.
Request you to act soo, else the dealer would bear the brunt for your poor services.
