My accu-check strips giving error code- E5. When I checked the box this is not expired yet. Mentioned expiry date is Feb/2015.

I have also contacted to seller but he has provided no solution.
I am not satisfied with the solution provided by Mr Alok from Bareilly who visited & met me.
He gave me a reason that strips are throwing error because it caught moisture.
When I asked to refund money, seller & supplier both denied.
I wanted to ensure you that I never kept open the box after usage. Then how it can happen?
Another fact you should consider that I am using same since past 10 years & I never faced such an issue before.
I am seriously concerned about the quality of the box that seller sold to me.
