I have booked for New years at Daman my confirmed booking id NH 21011170877 for The Emerald Daman Deluxe Rooms for 30th and 31st of December which is a norefund clause in the Booking.
Then I receive a call from Kunal Stating if I want to change the Booking.
I asked him based on what can I be told to change or alter my Booking when the Booking says no refund .
He said the Booking is not confirmed , then I asked how did I receive the Confirmation id and my ho come credit card has been charged.
I was told that I will receive alternate Booking at Sagar Presidency.
I waited for two days I did not receive any confirmation. I called up after a wait of 45 minutes someone answered the calls stating that a confirmation will be generated for another hotel.
I asked why not the same hotel where I have confirmed bookings.?
Why can't I see the bookings on Make my trip customer supprt section?
I am still corresponding with make my trip I will update on how they bungled up.
