Don't ever think of buying anything from first cry as these people sell low quality product. Not trust worthy.I had bought a Sun Baby _ Baby walker for my baby. within a month the walker broke down and my baby fell down from the walker. When I contacted the first cry customer care to replace the walker, they refused saying that my baby is over weight and due to the over weight of the baby the walker has broken down. My baby is 6 months and her weight is 7 Kg. I don't think this is over weight of the baby. My baby fell down from the walker from the walker once. Now I'm going legally to consumer court to file a case against you for selling such a low quality product on your website.
My suggestion to all the customer who want to buy baby product from firstcry please rethink. I believe the safety of baby is most important thing which firstcry dont sell good quality products. If you buy any product from firstcry please keep in mind that your baby's safety is not guaranteed.
