I had ordered a Samsung Bluray Player (BD 6900) from lotuselectronics.com , after a couple of hours of the order I got a call from lotus electronics that the desired player is not available and the csr requested me to buy some other player , I resisted and asked for the refund then the csr asked couple of days time. On the 5th day I got a confirmation that the desired bluray player has been shipped, last evening I received the player . Following are the observations:
The player cover looked very old and the player contained several scratches
The Packet did not contain user manual
The given A/V wires were old
WIFI Dongle missing (Samsung states on top of the box "Includes WIFI Dongle")
and above all THE PLAYER DID NOT WORK.
PLEASE AVOID LOTUS ELECTRONICS AN SAFEGUARD YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
