old people says- don't look back while sailing or swiming ,but in real life -- looking back is must.It is a retrospection that gives you lession ,sometimes boost your morale and sometimes incourages or discourages you but everytime It makes you realise what you have done. .you can hide many things to everyone but not to yourself and with looking back you bring mirror in frontof your mind .
