Mahatma Gandhi Setu is a bridge over the river Gangaconnecting Patnain the south to Hajipurin north in Bihar, India. It was inaugurated in May 1982 by Indian Prime Minister, Mrs Indira Gandhi.


It's length is around 6-7 KM and it was one of the longest single river bridge in the world when it was developed.
