If you’ve experienced the dark, you can better appreciate the light.

After darkness, comes light So Said the Scholar.

It is the darkness which make us to realise theimportance of light. The word light stand for visibility as well as the enlightenment of our souls. So Said a Friend of Mine.

It is a very hard thing to describe. What is light? It is the opposite of darkness, and what is darkness? The deficiency of light. Light is often used to mean knowledge, awareness, understanding, illumination or Enlightenment of the mind. A lamp produces light. Light disperses ignorance, dispels darkness, Darkness of Ignorance. Light is only considered necessary where there is darkness. But where in Modern times is there not darkness that needs light?

The first thing I do, everyday I do, when I wake up, I put my specs on and so begins my day. I observe, survey, study, appraise and understand the life through the spectacles I Wear. These Glasses Disperse the night of darkness and lead me into light of the day. Sometimes the darkness drives me round the bend, but other times it helps me see the world through the darkness and appreciate better the same world, when seen in light.

Because life is mostly made of the little things that happen with out knowledge. Big things only happen once in a very long time. And these big things are often just a cluster of little things assembled together. Life is too short to only savor the big moments. So Look out for those small dark moments you have experienced. It’s those little things that truly make life wonderful under the dark Moon light. If you can really appreciate all of those things, then you can be glad about your life under the bright day light of the Sun.

Imagine if we lose electricity. There will be no light in bedrooms, kitchen, Dinning, Drawing. The electric appliances will not work and you are left groping in darkness. Are U thinking of the consequences...Think and when the lights comes back, you most likely be overcome with a child-like sense of joy. Oh Some of Us Do scream too. It’s amusing how we don’t seem to value some things until we no longer have them.

Little things like…feel ecstatic to be alive each day in good health, that first breathe I take when I go for my walk, that first refreshing sip of Cool water when I’m really thirsty, I want to appreciate the hot delicious food when I am hungry, the shelter over our heads, thinking I’m late for something but being right on time, the marvels of modern technology, seeing random people while I walk into my class for my sessions, teaching them things, I appreciate getting home early and having my wife to greet me; getting MS messages for no reason or rhyme (Just Hello!). Those are the things that make life worth living.

Yes, we tend to always look for the negatives in our lives, but we should try to improve them, and once you have enhanced them, you should look move forward for something else to improve. I think life is more just being happy with what you have and appreciating it.

We all experience darkness in life. Some of this darkness comes in the form of self imposed ignorance, some comes from being blinded by things that we never could foresee in life, , some comes from obstinacy and some just seems to fix itself on us as night follows the sunset.

Also, being in the moment and seeing beauty in unexpected things, what could be more exhilarating? So let the light shine forth from each of you this New Year, bask in that light. Be thankful, love a little harder and savor the day. And if you have an abundance of light in your life this year, hold up your light. Share your light. Hope and light make a world of difference to those struggling to remember the memory of lights warmness.

SHARE LIGHT, DISPEL DARKNESS.
